We deliver your purchases quickly, safely, and conveniently. We offer two options: courier delivery to your door or free in-store pickup.

1. Courier Delivery

We deliver your order to any location in Uzbekistan, right to your doorstep.

Delivery Times and Estimated Prices

The exact delivery cost is calculated based on order volume, weight, and your address. The price is shown during checkout.

Track Your Order

When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Telegram. Use this number to track your order's location in real time.

Safe Packaging

All products are delivered in secure packaging with bubble wrap and sturdy boxes. STEM kits and products with delicate parts receive additional protection. Delivering your product in perfect condition is our responsibility.

Important Delivery Information

  • If the recipient is not home — the courier will contact you by phone and reschedule delivery to a convenient time.
  • Choose your delivery time — during checkout, you can specify your preferred time window.
  • Can someone else accept the order? — Yes, if you specify the recipient's name when placing your order.

2. In-Store Pickup (Free)

You can pick up your order from our store at a time that works for you — for free.

Pickup Process

  1. Place your order on our website and select "In-store pickup."
  2. When your order is ready, we'll send you a notification via SMS or Telegram.
  3. Come to the store, provide your order number, and collect your product.

Orders are typically ready for pickup within 1 business day.

Pre-Order Items

Some products are sold on a pre-order basis. These items are not currently in stock and are delivered via special order.

  • Delivery time: 7–14 business days (depending on the product)
  • We will inform you of the exact timeframe when you place your order
  • Pre-order items may require full or partial prepayment
