Return and Cancellation Policy

The Learnish team strives to make your shopping experience as convenient and safe as possible. If any issue arises with a product, we are always ready to help.


1. Return Policy

Return Period

You may request a return within 3 (three) calendar days from the date of receiving the product.

Return Conditions

Products are accepted for return in the following cases:

  • A manufacturing defect is found
  • A product different from what was ordered was delivered
  • The product was damaged during delivery

The returned product must meet the following requirements:

  • The product has not been used
  • Original packaging is intact
  • All accessories and instructions are complete
  • Order confirmation number or receipt is available

Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Opened and used educational kits (containing single-use materials)
  • Products with broken hygiene seals on packaging
  • Products custom-made to the customer's specifications

2. Product Exchange

If a product has a defect or the wrong item was delivered, we will exchange it free of charge:

  • Exchange request period: within 3 calendar days of receiving the product
  • The item being exchanged must be returned in its original condition
  • If the same product is not available in stock, we will issue a full refund

3. Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order at any time before delivery begins. Payment is refunded in full.
  • If the product is already in the preparation and shipping stage, up to 15% of the payment may be withheld to cover preparation costs.
  • To cancel an order, contact us by phone or Telegram.

4. Refund Process

Refunds are processed as follows:

Refund timelines depend on bank processing regulations and are outside Learnish's control. However, we promptly provide all necessary documentation to expedite the process.


5. Return Process — Step by Step

  1. Contact us — Reach out by phone, Telegram, or email. Provide your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Send photos or video — Send photo/video evidence of the defect or problem.
  3. Receive confirmation — We will review your request within 24 hours and inform you of the return/exchange decision.
  4. Return the product — Once approved, bring the product to our store or send it via courier.
  5. Refund issued — After the product is received, the refund is processed within the timeframes shown in the table above.

Note on Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a product defect or delivery error — Learnish covers the return shipping costs.
  • If the customer requests a return for personal reasons — the return shipping cost is covered by the customer.

Customer Rights

This policy has been developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Protection of Consumer Rights." If you believe your rights have been violated, you have the right to contact the relevant government authorities.
